Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can develop after exposure to a traumatic event such as an accident, assault, natural disaster, or combat. People with PTSD may experience flashbacks, nightmares, emotional numbness, hypervigilance, and avoidance of anything that reminds them of the trauma. At Treasure Psyclinic, we offer evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy. These approaches help individuals process traumatic memories, reduce the emotional impact, and learn healthy coping mechanisms. We also provide group therapy and support to family members affected by the trauma.
